Iraq Provincial Action Officer

David Brizzee

Mr. Brizzee will speak about his work of the past year in south central Iraq as Iraq Provincial Action Officer on a provincial reconstruction team and general background on the Foreign Service, as well as explain what the State Department does, how foreign policy affects Americans' lives, why the State Department needs more resources to do their jobs, and how interested people can join the State Department team.
